Today was our filming day. my group, witch did not consist of me as i was out of the state and could not be present went to the Fort Lauderdale beach. This is the most convenient beach to go to for all of the other group members. Looking at the footage, the day seemed beautiful and perfect for filming, but hearing the audio i could see that they had a windy day. They got to the beach at around 4:00 PM and started filming at around 4:20. The sun started to go down while we were still filming. Thankfully, They got all of the shots we needed at the beach before the sun started to set. The sound was not important in the film since the music would be playing over the videos, but it did effect our prop setup. For props, we brought:
Beach umbrella
Beach towel
Sunglasses
Plush lobster
Bottle of water
We filmed using our phone cameras. One of our group members has a 4k video recording camera, which looked very nice with the beach background. We were not able to film with the school cameras because of miscommunication with one of our group members. However, filming on the phone cameras turned out very nice. Our group was able to get enough shots to confidently hit the 1:15 requirement. Luckily, the group was able to get all of the footage needed.

There is only one shot they were not able to get, sadly It is the ending shot where the lobster is put into a pot to cook. This will be done at another group members house. he will be able to do it alone because it really only takes one person. next class we will dump our footage and hopefully be done.
